Your choice of a pre-seasoned 8 oz Top Sirloin or a 12 oz Strip Steak. Price includes salad, baked or Gratin potato, Texas toast and steak. Steaks are thawed, seasoned and ready to grill to your liking!

The cut and seasoning of the steak was fantastic and rivals anything I’ve had in Denver, the potato gratin cups could light up an entire meal (and did), and experience of hanging out with Rich and guests outside cooking is what mountain living is all about.
